I have been wondering for some time now what the township will do about not being able to use the SPCA for animal control. But my concerns have been put to rest. I read an article in the Delco Times this morning that made me happy to know that there is a plan. It is nice to see that the county is taking action. And a shout out to the building trades that volunteered to help build the facility!!!
